What can I return?

  • You can return a product purchased from Zedanya Clothing only if the product was damaged when received.
  • You may get one time exchange on any item bought from Zedanya. However, the item must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
  • Exchanges are possible to another size within the same design. Sale Products are Non-refundable.

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

  • For all orders - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us through a well-known courier service with tracking details at info@zedanya.com. Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping which is non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

  • We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse.

How can I claim my return?

  • We will accept returns within 3 days.
  • For return requests due to quality issues, Zedanya will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order.

How much time the refund takes?

  • Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
  • Refunds usually take 8-10 working days.
