You can return a product purchased from Zedanya Clothing only if the product was damaged when received.
You may get one time exchange on any item bought from Zedanya. However, the item must not be worn, altered, or washed.
The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
Exchanges are possible to another size within the same design. Sale Products are Non-refundable.
Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
For all orders - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us through a well-known courier service with tracking details at info@zedanya.com. Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping which is non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse.
How can I claim my return?
We will accept returns within 3 days.
For return requests due to quality issues, Zedanya will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order.

Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
