What can I return?

  • You can return a product purchased from Zedanya Clothing only if the product was damaged when received. Exchanges are possible to another size within the same design.
  • Beauty Products & accessories are non-returnable.
  • Sale products are non-returnable.

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

  • For all orders - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us through a well-known courier service with tracking details at info@zedanya.com. Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping which is non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

  • We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse.

How can I claim my return?

  • We will accept returns within 3 days.
  • For return requests kindly login to your account, click "Return Request " and select the order number and place a request (check steps to claim at the bottom). Our support team will revert to you within 24 hours’ time.

How much time the refund takes?

  • Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
  • Refunds usually take 8-10 working days.
